Most likely because you are attemting to send more XFR than you have. Your account balance is falling rapidly over time, as is everyone else’s, But to save computations and money, your balance is only updated once you run the “update balance” function in our contract. See below for instructions.
Your account balance IS falling, but in order to save computation you will see it only when you update your balance using the appropriate function in our contract.
To update your account balance simply go to the contract interface: Contract

Connect your wallet and use the 6th function, update_balance.
